Shipping & Delivery Policy For Kera Fine

At Kera fine, we do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered to you safely, securely and within the estimated delivery time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy gives you information on how we process, ship and deliver your orders across India.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within the timeframe of 1-2 business days after the successful confirmation of payment.
  • Orders placed after business hours, over the weekend (on Sundays) and on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During special occasions such as festive seasons, promotional campaigns, expos or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be informed of any major delays as much as possible.

2. Shipping Locations

  • Kera Fine currently ships across India with dependable courier and logistics associates.
  • If you can’t have our courier partner deliver, our customer support team will reach out to you about your order.

3. Delivery Timeline

The delivery times will be subject to constraints on the couriers, weather conditions, public holidays and other unforeseen events and are given as an indication only.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping Charges, will be applied at checkout (if applicable).
  • Any shipping fee that may apply will be displayed prior to payment confirmation.
  • Currently free shipping options are available on the selected products, promotional campaigns, or for the purchase of a minimum amount at Kera Fine.

5. Order Confirmation & Shipment Tracking

When your order is successfully confirmed:

  • An order confirmation email or SMS will be sent to you.
  • Once dispatched, a shipment confirmation will be shared that includes your tracking id.

You will be able to track the order with the tracking id that is sent in the order dispatch notification.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) will soon be available for all eligible orders placed within serviceable locations across India.

Once introduced:

  • COD will be dependent on the serviceability of the courier and delivery address.
  • COD orders may have extra shipping/convenience fees.
  • Some products, special offers or large orders may not accept COD.
  • Kera Fine reserves the right to check the COD orders prior to dispatch.
  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may become ineligible for future COD purchases.

The availability of COD will be clearly displayed during checkout.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts

If it is not possible to deliver because of:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Denial of the shipment
  • the package may be returned to our warehouse.

If the customer requests re-dispatch of the returned order, then there may be additional shipping charges.

8. Customer Responsibilities

To assure prompt delivery, customers are requested to:

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Provide an original phone number and an e-mail address.
  • And, should be free to receive the shipment during the expected delivery period.
  • Check the products before receiving delivery.

Kera Fine is not liable for any delays or failure to deliver due to customer-provided inaccurate information.

9. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items.

If you receive:

  • A damaged package,
  • A tampered shipment, or
  • Missing products,

please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate your request, kindly provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the package / products
  • An unboxing video

Claims may not be eligible for review if submitted after 48 hours.

10. Delayed Deliveries

We make sure to delivery deliver all orders to their estimated or requested time frame but sometimes delivery can get delay due to the following reasons:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier operational delays
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Other factors out of our reach

In such circumstances we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

11. Returned & Undelivered Orders

Orders returned to Kera Fine Because of the following reasons like:

  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Delivery refusal
  • Failure to collect the shipment
  • may cancel or be re-dispatched at the request of the user. Meanwhile, additional shipping charges may be applicable for re-dispatch.

  • In the future, we hope to increase our distribution to other countries.

13. Unforeseen Events

Kera Fine shall be not responsible for any failure or delay in delivery of any order attributable to any act of God, event of force majeure, natural disaster, flood, epidemic, epidemic disease, strike, transportation problems, government action, or other event beyond our reasonable control.
